My name is Adriana Lopez and I am currently a Freshman at Old Dominion University. I will graduate in the year 2027 with a degree in Criminology and Cybersecurity. I grew up in the Nova area. I have two lovely parents who support my every decision and I am the oldest of 3 younger siblings. I enjoy travelling and learning about new cultures. I am open to new experiences and working with new people. I also have a passion for taking care of animals, I’ve always enjoyed pet sitting.

Although I am majoring in Criminology, I also have a strong interest in Cybersecurity due to my family. I learned about Cybersecurity through my uncle who majored in it, he protects companies from getting hacked and he shares his experiences with me. Due to my interest in Criminology and Cybersecurity, my future career goal is to work in the F.B.I to catch online predators. I am currently taking Cybersecurity 200T not only for my degree, but because I have a genuine interest in the topics the class will cover.
