My name is Audrey Gyane, I am 20 years old. My major is Cybersecurity. I am currently looking for a minor that fits what I am passionate about. I am African (Ghanaian to be specific) but was born here. I was born in Fairfax but grew up in Manassas. As the eldest of three siblings, I take on the role of setting the pace/standard for my younger brothers.

My current goal is to getting an internship anywhere to get hands on experience. I hope I get more knowledge of computer science and cybersecurity with all the facets involved in it. In the future, I hope to be working with artificial intelligence.

In the past, I cheered my whole life and ran track in high school. Cheer was my whole life until my last year of high school. Now, I am a dancer. I am the dance coordinator for the AfroSimbas. I have been more immersed in my culture, making me want to dance on the team that is here at ODU. Now I love dancing more than I ever have.
