My name is Alexus Jackson. I am a Psychology major at ODU, currently in my third year. Though Spanish is not my minor, I am taking these classes in hopes of developing the language skills necessary to further my career aspirations, which is to help protect the rights and welfare of children from underprivileged communities. By improving on my Spanish abilities, I will be able to expand my communicative skills to encompass a larger population of children, namely those from homes or countries where English is not a widely spoken language.
