Hello! My name is Alisa Roman, and I recently moved from Fayetteville, North Carolina to Woodbridge, Virginia. I’m currently a student at Old Dominion University. What led me to this university was the fact that I had friends attending here, which gave me a sense of familiarity in this new environment. However, as I entered my academic journey, I discovered Old Dominion’s outstanding nursing program, which solidified my decision. In my free time, you can find me at the gym, where I enjoy staying active, as well as spending quality time with my friends and family, as it keeps me grounded and content. My journey at Old Dominion is just beginning, and I’m excited for what the future holds.
