My name is Dani. I am a senior here at ODU studying English in hopes of becoming a teacher in the future. I have also had a dream of being an editor and/or working for a publishing company. Psychology is my minor. I have always been interested in Psychology and truthfully I am not sure why I just didn’t major in Psychology but it is too late now. The reason I added a Psychology minor was on the off chance I decided to work towards a Master’s, I would like to do something in counseling in an educational setting. So, with that said, I am taking this course because of my minor and because when I read the description it sounded interesting.

One of my passions is writing and another is traveling. In 2016, I got the chance to volunteer abroad in Italy where I taught English to Italian students. It was a great experience and I got to visit a couple of places in Europe such as Paris, Barcelona, Croatia and many places in Italy. I grew up in New York City and moved to Virginia in 2010. This year my goal is to start a YouTube channel, it has been a passion for years and I hope I can be successful in the YouTube community. I love crafting and DIY projects, even though I do not have much time for it. I currently work at a craft store which doesn’t help my crafting addiction. I also work as an aid for a disabled little girl. I am also a substitute teacher for the city of Virginia Beach since 2014. I am part of a sorority, Gamma Sigma Sigma and we focus on service. I have an obsession with a show called Supernatural and if you’re a fan too we can be best friends!
