My name is Ayanna Coleman, I am a Junior here at ODU. I major in Psychology which leads to my reasoning for taking this course to fulfill my requirements for my major! I personally think that psychology is very interesting and I wish to help people with my knowledge gained while in college. My goal for the future is to attend medical school, become a general practitioner and open a doctor’s office focusing on physical and mental health. Psychology is a recent interest that I have gained due to family/friends around me who have struggled with mental health and did not seek proper help and/or did not have the proper means. This dilemma has gave me the passion to help others in need as well and I look forward to my future.
