Camiron Backus. I am majoring in Civil Engineering and have not made my mind up on a minor yet. I am from Norfolk Virginia but live in Virginia Beach. My current goal is to learn as much as possible at this state im at so i can become elite and hopefully one day spread my wisdom to the younger communities. Another goal is to graduate within six years so i can move to another university and obtain more knowledge from new locations and strengthen my resume. I am a little behind in the engineering world than some of my peers but all is well i will be caught up in not time and hopefully passing some of them soon.  My issue was the pollution of water in the Pearl River Delta located in China. I chose this issue because water management is a big strand under civil engineering and i wanted to learn more about the issue because i didn’t really know much. The water pollution was so bad people could not even drink from it and engineers are here to help make life easier for communities around the world and that means fixing issues such as this one.I learned a lot in English and these tools will help me in the engineering world as I will have to write a lot of papers for numerous reasons and will need to have a great way to approach them.
