Hello,
Ta’Janae here. I am currently a sophomore at Old Dominion University and majoring in the field of psychology. The further I progress in my studies, I’ve come to learn that psychology is more than just the study of an individual’s mind and behavior. Psychology contains many factors and aspects that play a part in truly understanding it as a whole, which is what has me intrigued. As I continue to pursue my studies in psychology, I hope to continue to gain more knowledge in this field so that I am able to utilize the information in the future. In order to obtain these goals, It’s important for me to stay focused and engaged in the material I am learning with each and every course I am required to take. With this being said, I’m taking this course not only because it’s a requirement but to collect more information on the social psychology concept. All in all, I’m looking forward to learning the depths of social psychology this semester. As for my more personal life, my interests and hobbies include reading, doing art, working out and traveling. It’s important to me to do activities that clear my mind or allow me to escape from reality, even if it’s briefly.
