My name is Shakira Blackwell. I a a senior here at Old Dominion University. I am a psychology major and aspire to continue on with my masters so that I can become a child psychologist. My academic goals are to do my very best in every course I take. My life goals are to be happy, to get married one day,  have a big family, be successful in my  career, and be able to give back to my community. I am taking this course because it seemed interesting and there wasn’t any other psychology electives I could take online this semester.

Some fun facts about me is that I am “4’11”. My favorite colors are yellow and a lilac purple. I am a introvert but I am very bubbly, goofy, and a great listener once I open up. I am a visionary. I am a taurus and a very lovable kind of person. I have a two-year old daughter and I love  every moment we share. I sometimes tend to overthink things and I love to travel every chance I get. Some places I have traveled to is New Orleans, New York, Baltimore,MD, Altanta,GA, Augusta ,Ga, Miami, FL.
