My name is Berline Gabriel. I was born and raised in Haiti. In 2015, I moved to Hampton, Virginia. I graduated high school in 2019. In fall 2020, I enrolled at Thomas Community College and earned an associate degree in computer science. I am a senior at Old Dominion University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity. At first, I was going for a computer science degree, but I got curious about computer security. I love technology, and my goal is to become a Cybersecurity Analyst where I can protect organizations from the bad guy. My experience within the cybersecurity program is the fundamental components of a business, how Cybersecurity involves and supports organizations, and how information technology plays a good role in society. My favorite subject is mathematics. I love anything to do with the gym, and I enjoy lifting.
