Enchanted. This is the word I use to describe my life. Unconventional as it has been, I digitally greet you here and now from the end of my 47th trip around the sun. As a junior at Old Dominion University, filled with gratitude and motivation, I’m currently reaching a long-standing goal to complete my education. The experiences I’ve had, places I’ve lived, and positions I’ve held, have come together resulting in dedication to a clear life purpose. Growing up in an inner-city, then living in far-away places and experiencing different cultures, my perspective is broad and my focus keen. I’m here to write. I’m here to connect people with ideas; and problems with solutions. I’m here to advocate for vulnerable populations. Currently, I am majoring in human services and minoring in psychology and criminal justice.
