Driven cybersecurity student with an interest in cybercrime and cyber warfare, focused on understanding how digital threats are used, detected, and mitigated in government and military contexts.

About Me
My name is Blake Teague, and I am a student in the School of Cybersecurity with a strong interest in cybercrime and cyber warfare. I am motivated by understanding how digital threats are used against individuals, organizations, and governments, and how those threats can be identified, analyzed, and countered.
Through my coursework, I am building a foundation in cybersecurity principles such as risk management, security frameworks, and the organizational role of cybersecurity. These topics have shaped my understanding of cybersecurity as both a technical and strategic discipline, particularly in the context of national security and defense.
My professional goal is to pursue a career in cybersecurity either as a government official or as a military contractor, with a focus on cybercrime and cyber warfare. I am especially interested in contributing to efforts that investigate malicious activity, defend critical systems, and strengthen the cyber capabilities of government and military organizations.
