Welcome to my professional ePortfolio. My name is Carlos Pagán. I am a senior completing my bachelor of science degree in business administration, majoring in Management. I have been a proud resident of Virginia Beach since 1989. Attending ODU has always been a goal of mine. Over the past 15 years, I have dedicated my career to defense and maritime business management after serving with distinction in the Coast Guard. This experience has instilled in me a profound commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the complexities of the maritime and defense sectors.

My professional journey has been driven by a passion for leadership and an unwavering dedication to enhancing operational efficiencies and strategic growth within the maritime and defense industries. My extensive hands-on experience has equipped me with a unique set of skills, making me adept at navigating the challenging waters of these dynamic fields.

After graduating from Old Dominion University as an undergrad, I will take the summer off before beginning graduate school for my master’s in public administration. Before that starts, my main goal is to advance into a management role where I can apply my leadership skills and industry knowledge to drive significant contributions. I aspire to become a key leader in the maritime and defense sectors, focusing on innovative solutions and strategic advancements.
