Hi there!
My name is Stephanie Castro and I am currently a fourth year at Old Dominion. I am currently majoring in Public Health with a minor in psychology. In the future, I hope to attend Physician Assistant school and be able to work in pedatrics. Until then, I am currently studying, working at my local hospital on an orthopedic/bariatric surgery unit, and traveling during time. I have always loved the area of psychology and being about to learn about our minds, personalities, and so on. It has been an area that has always been so interesting to me, especially as a leader. I believe being competent or having a general knowlegde of psychology could help me understand and communicate with others.
To get to know me a little better, I have so far visited six national parks and hope to one day say I have visited all sixy-three. I can also say, I have conquered one of America’s most dangerous hikes and my dream hiking trail, Angel’s Landing, in November. Overall, I love adventuring, spending time with family, going to cute coffee shops, attending church, and making handmade items for others.
