My name is Courtney Boyce and I am a senior at Old Dominion University majoring in Health Services Administration and also minoring in Management. I started college off at the University of Lynchburg where I spent two years, but I felt that Old Dominion would be a better fit for me. Since coming to Old Dominion and expanding my education I have decided that I want to eventually become a hospital administrator first of a specific department and then work my way up.

I believe that being an administrator although comes with various opportunities can be very rewarding. To start building me up to my goal of becoming a hospital administrator, after graduating I hope to land a job in a hospital setting working in HR, as a scheduling manager, or something along the lines of running a department.
