Hello, readers. My name is Chinedumu Chidiebere Okafo and I am a graduating senior at Old Dominion University studying Mechanical Engineering. It has been a great honor attending Old Dominion University and taking advantage of the Engineering and Technology Program. I have gained much from attending this school, including my place in a community of gifted students, skills in engineering and problem-solving, and a greater aspiration in my career. It is my desire to be the future Aerospace Engineer integrated into the society. With the skills gained from my major, I plan on taking them with me to attend graduate school for my master’s degree to further my knowledge in an Aerospace-related field. Building from that achievement, I would be a step closer in aiding humanity to design and build new spacecraft and satellites with other capable engineers to explore our universe.
