Hello. My name is Charles Phillips Jr., and I am majoring in Cybersecurity at Old Dominion University. Over the years, I have had a passion for computers, programming, coding, and designing computers. I’m just starting in my field of Cybersecurity, but I hope to learn more about it. I was also an intern over the past summer, where they taught me how to fix and program laptops.

The Introduction to Criminology class was a vital class for me this year, and I am glad to have taken it this year. It will greatly benefit my career goals. Once I graduate college, I hope to get a job in the government as an IT specialist and learn how important criminology is to the workforce. What I have learned from the text about this core course are white-collar crimes, social process theory, and the meaning and understanding of criminology.
