My name is Rachel Crawford and I am a junior at Old Dominion University working on my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I graduated high school in 2018, and then attended Piedmont Virginia Community College where I received my Associates degree in General Studies in Spring 2020. During my time in community college, I found an interest in the field of Psychology. I have never had any plans on what I would like to do as a career, so why not get a degree in something that really fascinates me? As for my personal life, I obtained my cosmetology license in 2017 when I was only a junior in high school. With my license, I specialize in men’s haircuts and beard grooming with a straight razor. This is a career I enjoy, but do not see myself doing all of my life, so I am eager to find a career in the psychology field that I would enjoy doing.
