Welcome to Cultivating Happiness

Thank you for joining us on our Cultivating Happiness Challenge! The goal is to try out a different positive psychology activity every day for one week. You will then reflect on your experiences and let us know in the comments how it went. However, feel free to approach this challenge in whatever way that speaks to you. If you want to just do one multiple times that works too! Check out the video below for more information!
