About Me

My name is Dante Scaramazzo, I am currently a senior at Old Dominion University. I am a Cybersecurity major and intend to graduate in the Spring, 2025. I was born in Page,Arizona on September 4th, 2002. I am a military child so I moved around a good amount living in Sicily Italy, Honolulu, Hawaii for elementary through middle school, Jacksonville, Florida for high school and now Norfolk, Virginia for college. Moving around shaped who I am today, it taught me how to adapt and apply myself. It improved my ability to interact with others but also made me comfortable in being able to do figure out things and do them on my own such as my school work. I worked at fast food restaurants all through high school as soon as I was old enough which taught me skills early such as working under stress, being able to communicate effectively and the ability to hold myself and others accountable. There hasn’t been a full year where I haven’t had a job as I am currently working full time as a bartender and have for a year now. Having a job throughout college while working at a bachelor degree was only achievable by how I applied myself all throughout my life. The experiences I went through and learned from shaped me to be able to handle the load and be motivated to do it. I am excited to be able to show you how those experiences shaped me and my work ethic through my work such as my resume, reflective essay and my marketable skills. My reflective essay can be found under this, as my resume and marketable skills can be found in the menus on the top of the screen. Enjoy!
