My name is EJ Lynne Datuin, and I am currently a sophomore attending Old Dominion University. I graduate in 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. My goal by the end of my undergraduate journey is to obtain 3 internships as well as join an established research lab group. I hope to gain various sources of experience dedicated to do food science or work for a biotech company.
