Hello, my name is Dave Blevins. I am currently residing in Norfolk, VA but grew up in nearby Chesapeake, VA. I graduated from Western Branch High School in 1996 and started taking college courses at Tidewater Community College (TCC). In 1997, I enlisted in the U.S Navy and put my degree plans on hold for awhile. I retired from the Navy in 2017 and returned to TCC the following year. I obtained an Associates Degree in Social Sciences in 2019. I am currently a double major at Old Dominion University in History and Geography. 

My personality is that of an introvert but I am outgoing. I love music and baseball. I am the proud parent of a teenage daughter. I married my wife, Cyndi on Halloween 2020. Her mother is from Paraguay and father from Uruguay. I feel that this has helped engage my interest in the Spanish language.
