Hi, I’m DeMarcos Ivery-Armstrong. I was born and raised in Thomasville, North Carolina, and shortly after graduating high school I enlisted in the U.S. Navy, beginning what became a five-year journey in the submarine force. Over the years, I participated in multiple deployments, including an unforgettable Arctic ice exploration at the North Pole, which tested both my technical skills and resilience in high-pressure environments.

Following my military service, I transitioned into the information technology field and currently serve as an IT Specialist for the U.S. Federal Middle District Court in North Carolina, supporting mission-critical systems in a federal environment. I hold several industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and CySA+, which reflect my commitment to maintaining strong foundational knowledge and advancing my skills in cybersecurity and IT operations.

Beyond my professional life, my greatest joy is my family. I married my high school sweetheart, and together we’ve been blessed with three wonderful years of marriage and the recent arrival of our newborn. My faith in Jesus Christ is central to who I am and continues to guide both my personal and professional journey.

When I’m not with family, I enjoy staying active, whether that’s working out or spending time on the golf course.
