
As a young man, I was always enthralled by the world of technology and what it could offer. I did not come from a tech-savvy family, so it was up to me to understand the necessary components and configurations of anything relating to the internet in the house if I wanted the best out of it.
The internet had been a second home to me; a way to keep in touch with the friends I moved away from and an abundant resource of knowledge to answer my thoughts. I loved pushing devices to their full potential. It then occurred to me just how much my life revolved around devices of the internet and the possibility of someone like me, with a passion for the internet, to cause wide-scale harm to others who also rely on the upkeep of the internet.
