Hello, my name is Dashé Jones and I am currently a  junior who is majoring in History with teaching concentration and International Studies. To keep it simply I usually say I am from Richmond, Virginia but actually I am from one of its surrounding counties. I am 20 years old and planning to a trip for my 21st birthday in December. I have six siblings and one of which is my twin brother, David who is actually a psychology major. Fun fact about my twin and I is that we are both named after my dad whose name is also Dad although I get the “-shé” part for my mother’s name. I am an initiated sister of Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority also known as TriSigma Sorority. My interest includes makeup, Latin and spending time with my love ones. My goals are to graduate college with a good GPA, teach for a couple years while I get my master’s in International Studies which I will use eventually get a government job. I also wish to learn Mandarin and get a degree in Chinese studies one day to accompany my IS degree. When I am of age to retire I wish to return to teaching part time and teach Latin which I also wish to get a degree for.  I am taking this course because I decided to take a break from campus for a semester to help my family and this was one of the only classes  I was able to get into that will goes towards one of my degrees after registering late.
