Hi, friends! My name is Delaney, and as a LeADERS student, building connections is something I am very passionate about. Relationships are important no matter where in life you fall, but to be an impactful leader, interpersonal abilities are crucial. Following graduation (very soon!), I will turn my focus toward the business world. More specifically, I am interested in the managerial side of business. As someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and invested in fostering change, a management role appeals as the best fit. I believe that working in a positive environment surrounded, and managed, by those lifting you up, has a greater effect than given credit. I aspire to be the one that brings encouragement to bad situations and celebrations to the good ones!
