About Me

My name is Dymphine, and I am a student at ODU pursuing a bachelors degree in cyber security. I’m of African descent, with my parents coming from Africa, but I was born in Virginia, and have lived all my life in Virginia.

Currently taking a cyber security class which has made me more knowledgeable in the field and the corporate world. In cyber security class, I’ve learned business writing skills, business components, topics like NIST cyber security, authentication and authorization, and the CIA triad. Cyber security has made me knowledgeable about the corporate world by giving me advice on how to succeed in a career such as being able to communicate efficiently. My interest is in ethical hacking so I can learn how to spot vulnerabilities and help build better defenses against hackers that want to hack into systems.
