Course Reflection

One thing that I am grateful to have learned about this semester is Mitochondrial Transplantation. I have learned about this topic not only in this course but in other courses as well. I focused many of my Packback questions about this, because it is one method that I am very curious of. Mitochondrial Transfer is also very relevant to cell biology and my career path. It combines medical advancement, especially in children, and cell structure, which connects my interests in becoming a nurse and the content of cell biology. This is a concept that I will continue to increase my knowledge of after this course, and hopefully something that I will pursue studying in a future career. I believe that it will lead to many medical advancements that can change the world as we know it.
