Eduardo is an ABD-doctoral student in International Studies with concentrations in – Modeling and Simulation, and International Political Economy. He also is interested in global environmental issues. He is a Research Assistant at the Virginia Modeling, Analysis, and Simulation Center (VMASC), where he is researching on housing recovery and COVID-19 for the vulnerable population. While in ODU, Eduardo has been an International Consultant to the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing, connecting ODU with Latin American universities and governments. He has a strong background in International Relations, Leadership, and Negotiations. Eduardo holds a Specialization in International Business from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in Sao Paulo-Brazil, a Graduate Certificate Program in Modeling and Simulation from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in -Communication and International Politics from the University of Houston-Downtown. He fluently speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
Currently he act as the Vice-President of the Graduate Society of International Studies at Old Dominion University. Director of Finance and Compliance of the Global Monarch Club. Member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. Member of the board of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Coastal Virginia.
