My name is Christian Bowen and I am a Cybersecurity Major. I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, and I want to become an ethical hacker. On my roadmap to get there, currently I am a senior in the program, and I have passed the Comptia Security+ exam. Throughout my studies I learned about the various techniques bad actors will use to break into networks and systems, along with best practices to prevent and mitigate damage to the important data my future employer will hire me to protect. Through this course, I hope to gain more insight on the possible entrepreneurship opportunities and experience what it is like to use what I have learned over the years to create valuable ideas that I can pitch to future employers.
