Hello!

I’m Chris Evans and this is my site for Entrepreneurship in Cybersecurity 494 from Old Dominion University. I’m a student finishing my bachelors in Cybersecurity online and currently live in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Currently my goals are to finish my bachelors and then pass the CompTIA Security+ exam and begin working in cybersecurity as a junior team member with some knowledgeable co-workers. I do have a small entrepreneurship background as I used to search for deals on furniture online and at flea markets, which I would repair and resell. It taught me how to determine my business role, how to negotiate, and how to sell to customers. The experience of finding, repairing, and selling furniture is something that I feel is directly applicable to cybersecurity as I developed problem solving skills, research skills, and communication skills.
