My name is Malik Hawa, and I am a senior at Old Dominion University with a strong interest in sales, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I have developed skills in communication, relationship building, and problem solving.

Currently, I work in the technology sales and recruiting industry where I help companies find top sales talent and support business growth. My role has allowed me to work closely with professionals across different industries, giving me insight into how successful teams operate and scale.

Outside of my professional career, I am also a barber. Working in a barbershop has taught me a lot about customer relationships, discipline, and community. It has helped me develop strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from many different backgrounds.

I am passionate about building businesses, helping others succeed, and continuing to grow as a professional. My long term goal is to continue developing my leadership skills while pursuing opportunities in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.
