Currently, I am a junior at Old Dominion University. Here is where I study International Business as a major and Psychology as a minor. Once I am done with undergrad, I plan to continue my education to obtain a Master’s in Psychology. This will assist in reaching my career goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I became intrigued with Psychology after taking my very first class and realizing it truly aligned with my career path. It was motivating to learn the science behind the things I was experiencing while working in the mental health field. I am taking this class in order to better understand how people and groups influence other people’s behaviors.  Having this leverage will play a key role in my professional development. In my opinion, the most interesting aspects of psychology are social interactions and mental disorders.
