About Me

Born in the Philippines, raised in Maryland, and a resident of Hampton roads for the past 10 years, one could say that I like being close to the water. I liked it so much I joined the Navy in my early twenties. Factually I joined the to work on jets as an avionics electrician, I hate going out to sea. Fast forward 10 or so years and I’m out of the Navy and I’m back in college to finish my engineering degree. I’m taking class specifically, to help me get my minor in psychology. A minor in psychology isn’t going to help me fix jets, but I think it’ll help me more in the rest of my non-working life. Like the machines I work on, the mind can be manipulated, broken, or fixed and I always found that fascinating and intriguing. I won’t ever be Dr. Phil, but I know expanding my knowledge through classes like social psychology and using what I learned to improve my life is invaluable. Especially when my 5 year old daughter asks me questions about human behavior and I can answer right away. I like how smart she thinks I am when all I’m doing is repeating what I learned.
