Hello, my name is Fraingeli Castro-gonzalez, I am 21 years old, and I am majoring in Therapeutic Recreation with a minor in psychology. I chose Therapeutic Recreation as my major because I have always wanted to help others in different working environments and different work places. I am taking this psychology class to complete my minor after this semester I will be complete with my psychology minor! My current goal is to complete my junior year with a high GPA and start searching for an internship to complete my major next year.  Some interesting facts about me in that I am bilingual, I speak Spanish and English. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I became a CNA my junior year of high school and I have been working in the nursing field still to this day I am working in a nursing home taking care of residents with Alzheimer’s and Dementia disease. Working in this field is what made me want to have a psychology minor, I have always wanted to take care of others and working in this field really gave me the opportunity to do what I love it is also made me really want to minor in psychology so I can understand how others think. I am super excited to take this course and continue to learn and and understand more about the mind.
