Hello everyone, my name is Gage Wright and my area of study is Cyber Crime, I started at ODU in January 2026. I was born in Chesapeake Virginia, but I grew up in the Florida Panhandle. I am currently a Cryptologist in the Navy and am coming up on 9 years of service. I have been stationed in San Diego California, Virginia Beach, Pensacola Florida, and currently Ft. Meade Maryland. I am interested in cybersecurity since it closely aligns with my current job and I feel it best suits my career goals for when I retire from the Navy. I have been married for 8 years to my wife Jessica and together, we have a 3 year old son named Harrison.
