To introduce myself, my name is Gabrielle but most people call me Gabby. Contrary to popular belief, I actually prefer my full name but either works. I am currently 19 years old and a junior at Old Dominion University majoring in psychology. I am in two choirs at ODU, our Concert Choir as well as the Ludwig F. Diehn Chorale which is a scholarship based group. Other than singing and music, I enjoy drawing, working out, and designing outfits and moodboards in my spare time. I am a former gymnast and cheerleader, I did gymnastics for about 7 years and did varsity and competitive cheerleading in high school. Although it is not my passion like singing is, I enjoyed gymnastics and cheerleading very much and would be delighted to return to it some day. A fun fact about me is that before I went to college, I got a chance to be trained on Broadway with some of my favorite musical theatre actors. In a perfect world, I’d love to be on Broadway in a musical but for right now, I hope to one day become a psychiatrist for troubled adolescents, hence why I am currently studying psychology.
