My name is Gavin Jones. I am a sophomore at ODU, majoring in Cybercrime. I am from Central Virginia, just outside of Richmond. I started at ODU as an on-campus freshman. I realized that the online platform was more conducive to how I like to learn and complete my work. It also gives me flexibilty in hours with employment. I first took an interest in Cybersecurity in high school. I had the opportunity to complete a summer workbased learning program with the I.T. department in my school system. Also, I had the opportunity complete a Cybersecurity externship.

I look forward to learning and growing in my major courses.
