My name is Gavin Jones. I am a senior at ODU, majoring in Cybercrime, with a minor in Criminal Justice. I plan to graduate May 2026. I am from Central Virginia, just outside of Richmond.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my coursework at ODU. My most memorable moment has been my internship with the Virginia State Police, especially the High Tech Crimes Unit.

My coursework and internship experience have prepared me for the critical thinking, communication, and collaboration necessary to enter the Cybersecurity world. I am grateful for these experiences.

Following graduation, I look forward to securing an entry-level position in the cybersecurity field, while continue to learn and grow in my career.
