About Me

My name is Kamaria Griffin, and I am a sophomore Japanese major. My main goal right now is to learn Japanese and Korean so I can become an English teacher overseas. My journey with Japanese has had its fair share of setbacks, but all in all it has been a learning experience.

I have been studying Japanese for a little over a year. I still struggle with speaking, but I can read well enough. However, I have the most fun connecting with university students with Japan during the VLTs. In my opinion, they are the best way to practice speaking, and I like being able to learn about the culture.
