Hi everyone,
My name is Huyen Nguyen, and I also go by Hadley. I am currently a junior double majoring in Criminal Justice and Asian Studies and minoring in Japanese. Since I was young, I have always been inspired to become a lawyer, so I plan to go to law school after graduating from Old Dominion University. One of the reasons I am taking this class is because I want to fulfill my requirements for Asian Studies major. The other reason is that I am very interested in psychology, so I want to learn more about the subject. A field within psychology that interests me is abnormal psychology, and I found it intriguing how psychological disorders impact one’s behaviors.

One interesting fact about me is that I speak four languages (Vietnamese, English, Japanese, and Korean). Vietnamese is my mother tongue, while English is my second; Japanese and Korean as my third and fourth languages. By speaking many languages, I was able to learn more about different cultures and further expand my knowledge.
