Hello all, my name is Indiah Hunter, and I am a junior student-athlete at Old Dominion University. I play on the women’s soccer team. I am a local student coming from only a short distance away in Suffolk, Virginia. Playing soccer in college was always my dream, and I wanted my family to have the ability to come to all of my games hence why Old Dominion was the right choice for me. Here at Old Dominion, I am studying Biology with a pre-med focus and minoring in Psychology. With my Biology degree, I plan on going to Medical School to become a successful doctor one day. I chose to minor in Psychology because it always seemed interesting to me. I also feel like it could benefit me being in the medical field to work with many different patients by understanding how the mind works and how it deals with our behavior. I chose to take Social Psychology this semester to get a start on my minor. I am excited to learn more about the social side of psychology as I have never really known much about it.

I am looking forward to this semester. I think it will be a good experience. I wish everyone in the Psych 304 class a great semester!
