Hello, This is Jacob Asare,

I am an emerging Cybersecurity professional with a diverse background in Education and Physical Security. My career began as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher, where I earned the Best Mathematics Teacher’s Award in 2004. In 2007, I transitioned to Physical Security, receiving multiple accolades, including Best Officer of the Month and Best Officer of the Year. During this time, I developed hands-on expertise in risk management, vulnerability detection, and security operations, skills that fueled my passion for cybersecurity.

In 2023, I pursued a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and is expected to be completed in Fall 2026. In 2025, I attempted and received my first CompTIA Security+ certification. I am eager to leverage my unique skill set and achievements in a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst role, where I can contribute to protecting organizations from evolving cyber threats.
