About Me

I am Jaidynn Benjamin, a cybercrime major from Woodbridge, VA, with a strong interest in digital forensics and the investigation of cyber-enabled crime. My academic background blends cybersecurity, criminal justice, and sociology, giving me both the technical skills and social awareness needed to analyze cyber incidents in real-world contexts. I have completed coursework in Introduction to Criminology, Basic Cyber and Programming and Networking, The Criminal Justice System, and Introduction to Sociology. Through these courses, I have developed foundational skills in programming, networking concepts, system analysis, and an understanding of how cybercrime intersects with legal and social systems. I was honored to receive an award in Basic Cyber and Programming and Networking for a project recognized as the best demonstration of programming and networking. This experience strengthened my problem-solving abilities and reinforced my interest in hands-on technical work. My long-term goal is to become a forensic analyst, where I can apply technical expertise, analytical thinking, and investigative skills to support cybercrime investigations and digital evidence analysis.
