Hello! My name is Jay, and this is my first year at ODU, or in any college. I have ADHD, Narcolepsy, and Anxiety, but am able to manage all of this with help from my friends and family! My favorite non-candy foods to eat are Mac and Cheese, Cheeseburgers, and Hot Dogs, usually with lots of ketchup. I love the sciences so much, and am so excited to learn!

I chose to come to ODU due to the amazing Medical Laboratory Science and Cytology programs, both being something that can only be found at a few schools in the country. In addition, I’m not to far from home, so whenever I need to, I can easily go home over the weekend. ODU is the right size, it has the right programs, and it is perfect distance from my home. All of these reasons made ODU the perfect place for me!
