I am Joey Jacobi Whitmore Jr., a twenty-one-year-old student at Old Dominion University (ODU). I am a cybersecurity major, and I love working with new technology. I chose to pursue cybersecurity because I not only have a passion for technology but also enjoy learning how things work and can be managed. This is one reason I also like coding, with Java being my preferred language. Some of my goals include graduating from ODU and gaining a strong understanding of Docker configurations. Another goal is to become a Data Forensic Specialist at the FBI or a Cyber Operations Plans Analyst. I have always wanted to enforce the law and have been deeply interested in technology, so I decided to pursue a profession that combines both passions.
