Welcome! I’m a retired U.S. Coast Guard professional currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, with a passion for technology, digital transformation, and helping people and businesses work smarter and more securely.

My background in the Coast Guard shaped my approach to problem-solving, leadership, accountability, and adapting to changing environments. Today, I’m applying those same principles to the world of cybersecurity, digital modernization, automation, and emerging technology.

I’m particularly interested in prompt engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital modernization, and productivity tools. I enjoy exploring how technology can simplify complex processes, improve efficiency, strengthen security, and create better experiences for both businesses and their customers.

Outside of cybersecurity, I’m also a small-business owner. I maintain two Shopify stores and am developing productivity applications designed to help businesses and individual users become more organized, efficient, and successful. Building and managing these projects gives me a practical perspective on the challenges small businesses face when adopting and securing modern technology.

When I’m not studying, building, or experimenting with technology, you’ll probably find me spending time with my dog. I’m a lifelong dog lover, and they provide a welcome reminder that sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to step away from the screen for a while.
