This portfolio will display my experience learning Spanish. There will be three sections regarding personal information, experience in Spanish, and the Can-Do statement. As someone who wants to become a constituent liaison, I must be able to communicate in another language. Caseworkers must be able to communicate with their clients and report back to members and boards with accurate information. I intend to use my knowledge of Spanish to communicate effectively with clients in need of services.

Learning Spanish will aid me as a caseworker and to communicate and help clients effectively. There is a large population in the United States that speaks Spanish. To provide better communication and needed services, it is critical to understand and speak Spanish. My experiences with learning Spanish will be shown throughout this Portfolio.
