Hello, my name is Jolie Ramey. I am a Finance major at Old Dominion University. I am 26 years old. I am from Indiana, but I have lived in Virginia since 2017. I was stationed here for the Navy and decided to attend University here.
While in the Navy, I was an electrical technician, but I have been transitioning into the business field ever since 2022. My professional goals are to become a subject matter expert in the finance field so I can start my own business. I would love to open an educational business that focuses on teaching women and minorities investing, financial management, savings tools, and general knowledge revolving finance. I currently work at two companies that focus on accelerating startup businesses and help them grow in our community.
