Hi, I’m Jonathan Alvarado Rubio, originally from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. I’m a System Administrator with a passion for cybersecurity, pursuing my studies at Old Dominion University.

I’ve had the opportunity to manage Microsoft LAN and WAN environments, and successfully migrated on-prem environments to the cloud. I hold a Network+ certification, which was my stepping stone to enter this field. My experience in the U.S. Navy has instilled a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and resilience, which has been extremely useful in completing major projects for different organizations.
